1. What are the delivery times
The processing time of your order is 2 to 7 business days for Canada and the United States (Monday to Friday).
The delay can reach 4 weeks for the other countries
Our team does everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
2. My tracking number does not work, is this normal?
If your tracking number does not show any information, don't worry. Tracking information is usually available after 6-8 business days, the time it takes for the carrier to update it.

Payment
1. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept two methods of payment:
- Payment by credit card: VISA, Mastercard
- Payments via Paypal
2. When will I be charged after confirming my order?
If your payment is authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email and the amount due will be debited within 24 hours.
If your card is not authorized, it will not be debited. It is simply a rejection from the bank, in this case please use another credit card or make your payment via Paypal.
Reimbursement
1. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are made upon receipt of the returned item. Please include the order number inside the package. In the event that an item arrives in unacceptable condition, we will not be able to process the refund and will return the item to you.
We advise you to ask the post office for a proof of delivery (it is free).
2. The product I received does not suit me, can I return it?
If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, they will be inspected once received.
You will be responsible for shipping costs.

⚠️ All returns made after the legal retraction period, i.e. 14 days from the delivery date, will not be refunded.
3.I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?
We ship orders between 24 to 72 hours to allow you time to change or cancel an order.
After placing an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request a cancellation or modification. After this time, we will have already started processing your order and it will no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.
4.How long do refunds take?
Refunds are made by the same payment method used to place the order. Refunds are made within 2 to 14 days.
